Guidance on Recruiting Creative Partners, Paying Creative Partners and Contracting Creative Partners.
These documents have been created to help answer some common questions and provide some consistent guidance.
Please note:
- The ‘recruiting partners guidance replaces previous guidance and is accompanied by a new brief. So please delete older briefs and use the attached from now onwards.
- The ‘contracting creative partners’ guidance is designed to help get you started in your thinking about what a contract should include and its purpose. It is not a substitute for legal advice and guidance.
- The ‘paying creative partners’ guidance offers schools a decision making authority.
- You will find detailed guidance on what to consider should you choose to negotiate pay.
- You should also note Creative Junction’s/Creative Partnerships requirements should you choose to negotiate pay: In summary, full details should be provided in your planning budget. Should partner pay/benefits alter after submission of your planning budget, you must inform us via email or resubmit your budget as soon as it occurs. It is not satisfactory for Creative Junction/CP to find out about increased partner rates/ benefits after activity has taken place.
