Alistair is a freelance producer of creative outdoor experiences for children and families, whose work brings together artists, learners and audiences in green spaces order to promote natural heritage and connect people with their local landscape. Recent Outdoor Culture projects with children and young people include the creation of a new sculpture trail and audio guide at Burnham Beeches, the commissioning of public art for an urban nature reserve and the presentation of an environmental music installation alongside the river Thames.
Prior to Outdoor Culture, Alistair worked extensively in arts leadership and creative education at the Asian Music Circuit, Youth Music, Creative Partnerships and Arts Council England. Alistair is a busy singer-songwriter as well as a regular mountain walker and wild camping enthusiast. Outdoor Culture is producing this conference on behalf of Creative Junction.
