Creative Junction – lights out

Creative Junction – lights out

In 2007 Jessica, Anna and Patty, set up Creative Junction.

Our journey began in schools and so as they close their doors for Summer 2020, we poignantly mark the reality of the final curtain going down on Creative Junction.

It was a strange end to Creative Junction, as we all navigate our way through the current global pandemic and we are sorry that we could not gather in Creative Junction style for a final toast to the past, present and future.

Instead we say now, here in the digital world we’ve all become more accustomed to, ‘hip hip hooray’ to the amazing things we’ve achieved together and ‘cheers’ to what comes next for us all.

We are very proud of the work we have achieved together with you, so please update your address book and do keep in touch.

You can keep in touch with Jessica at
maintains her local connections following her successful Enchanted Forest: tales and trails project which last year engaged over 1300 people in Bracknell Forest; and delivering lockdown creative storytelling and movement for wellbeing activity.
She continues as Chair of Trustees at South Hill Park arts centre, and has also started an exciting new role as Deputy Director at the Corn Exchange arts centre in Newbury.

You can keep in touch with Anna at
Anna is building her connections in the museum & heritage sector, working for the Oxford University Museums The Ashmolean and Museum of Natural History and the Museum of English Rural Life in Reading.
She also continues to actively support Slough Museum and grow her freelance portfolio as a writer, theatre maker and creative producer.

Patty continues to enjoy retirement, since 2011. But always finds ways to share her passion, inspire others and champion creative learning. You can find Patty – and her newly discovered creative talents – on social media @pattydismore.

As before, we hope to continue making more memorable moments by connecting, collaborating and creating with you in different ways & places…

But from Creative Junction…thank you…warmest of wishes…
…Lights out
