Creative Junction worked with over 250 people to get creative, contribute to and shape ideas for the London Borough of Bexley Heritage Lottery Fund bid for the transformation of Lesnes Abbey Woods. We designed and delivered the Branding and Communications consultation for Your Park, Your Say, working with five different community groups to create a range of proposed logos, straplines and visual identity.
This work saw groups involved in site visits tailored to each group to explore Lesnes Abbey Woods and to gather and create aural, oral, written and visual stimuli. We provided cameras and other materials to capture stimulus from the amazing human and natural history of the park. These provided inspiration for creative ‘visioning’ workshops including photography, creative writing and 2D/3D art to produce ideas to inform the Branding and Communications for Lesnes Abbey Woods. Some examples of activity with groups is detailed below.
On the basis of consultations with stakeholder participants, Creative Junction determined and created 9x concepts for possible logo designs resulting in the completion of 6 x logo, strapline and branding options.
Additionally we facilitated working groups within the London Borough of Bexley and worked with other consultation areas to support the Masterplan.
We developed ideas, designed panels and curated two exhibitions for a roadshow for wider community and stakeholder consultation; the Masterplan exhibition and the Your Park, Your Say exhibition showcasing all the work with 1000+ community participants.
